TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale apply to all sales of goods through www.littlemamashop.no to consumers. You as a consumer must confirm that you are familiar with our terms of sale in order to shop at www.littlemamashop.no .

GENERALLY

The terms of sale, together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase. The terms of sale and other information on www.littlemamashop.no are only available in Norwegian.

To be able to shop with credit/invoice at www.littlemamashop.no You must be 18 years old.

Consumer purchases are regulated, among other things, by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. Where these terms of sale require written form, this is fulfilled by using e-mail, text message to mobile phone (SMS) or letter.

1. PARTIES

Seller is: LMS Ånnegård, with visiting and postal address Skolgata 33, 7530 Meråker, registered in the Brønnøysund register ( www.brreg.no ) with org. no.: 823 245 262 , telephone: 40 60 69 19, e-mail: hei@littlemamashop.no and is hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us".
Buyer is: the person stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "you", "your" or "yours".

2. ORDERING AND AGREEMENT PROCESS

Your order is binding when the order is registered on our server (computer). Little Mama Shop is also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. You still have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal, see more in the agreement section 11.
When Little Mama Shop receives your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check whether the order confirmation is consistent with your order.
Any discrepancy between your order and the order confirmation is considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. You are still entitled to enforce your original order as long as it is in accordance with what we have offered. Exceptions may apply, see section 4.

3. INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE ONLINE STORE

Little Mama Shop strives to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make errors in images/writing/printing, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to the information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In the event of a sold out situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will be given the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we indicate in relation to your order, or cancel the order.

4. PRICES

(1) For orders to Norway, all prices stated are net prices. The delivery address is decisive. If the legal provisions of the recipient country regarding value added tax require it, this will have to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods. In addition, customs duties, customs fees and other costs may be added, which the customer must pay in addition upon receipt of the goods.

(3) The customer must bear the shipping costs, which depend on the order value and delivery location.

5. DELIVERY / SHIPMENT

(1) Delivery is generally made within three weeks of the customer receiving the order confirmation. Delivery dates and deadlines are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed as such by Little Mama Shop in writing.

( 2 ) Little Mama Shop only ships goods to mainland Norway.

(3) It is delivered through a delivery service provider chosen by Little Mama Shop. The customer must bear a postage cost which may depend on the order value and the location to which it is to be delivered.

(4) If, in exceptional circumstances, delivery is not possible within the three-week period after conclusion of the contract referred to in (1), Little Mama Shop will inform the customer of this in writing immediately and at the latest upon expiry of the period. The customer then has a right to cancel, which he must exercise immediately in writing.

6. POSSIBLE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES IN NORWAY

When delivering to Norway, customs charges and fees may apply above a certain value. If this applies to your order, you can calculate it usingthe import calculator at www.toll.no.

If you change your order, you may have to pay customs duties and fees again upon delivery. However, it is possible to get a refund of customs duties for goods that have already been processed afterwards. More information can be found at www.toll.no.

7. SECURE PAYMENT

Payment for products purchased in the online store can be made safely and securely through our payment processor Paypal.

Online payment with Paypal which accepts bank and credit cards with MasterCard and Visa. You provide your name, card number, expiration date and control digits (CCV) when paying. Your security and safety are very important to us, and with partners like Stripe this security is ensured.

Paypal is a large internationally recognized payment intermediary that makes its living by making online payments safe. We have no access to payment information such as the credit card number you provide when making a payment. This information is sent encrypted directly to them and never goes through our server. We only receive a confirmation that the payment has been completed, so that our system can set the status of your order to paid.

8. EXAMINATION OF THE PRODUCTS

After you have received your order, you are responsible for examining the products and reporting any defects/shortages within 5 days of receiving the package. You must then check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether the products are otherwise defective or missing.

9. YOUR RIGHTS IN CASE OF ERRORS AND DEFECTS (COMPLAINTS)

If the products are defective or missing, you may, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the defect, re-delivery, price reduction, compensation or cancellation of the purchase.
The defect must exist when you receive the products in your possession. Notification of defects and deficiencies in the products can be given to us verbally or in writing, but we recommend that for evidentiary reasons the complaint be sent to us in writing. This must be done within 5 days of receiving the products, see section 7.

Little Mama Shop will confirm receipt of all complaints, and of goods returned to us for inspection or correction, in writing.
The right to complain always applies for two years after you took over the product, or five years if the product is intended to last significantly more than two years, see section 9. The right to complain is in addition to the right of withdrawal, see section 10.

10. WARRANTY

Our guarantees do not imply any limitations on the complaint period for goods under the Consumer Purchase Act. The complaint period is two years after you took over the goods.

The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items, personalized products and hygiene items with a broken seal.

The right of withdrawal requires that you notify us of this no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery (withdrawal period). If you have not received a withdrawal form either in the order confirmation or upon delivery of the products, this period is extended to three months.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be delivered to us in approximately the same quantity and condition as you received it.
All products must be returned to us within a reasonable time. Any return shipping must be paid by you. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and ensuring that it is packaged in proper packaging.
We are obliged to refund to you what you have paid including postage for the shipment to you, handling fees, customs duties, collection fees, etc. Refund shall take place within fourteen days after we receive the product from you or the collection slip or the product is made available to us.
The product is sent back to us including the original packaging along with a completed return form.

Little Mama Shop basically only processes personal data that you provide to us and that is necessary for us to be able to carry out our obligations to you.
In cases where Little Mama Shop also processes personal data for other purposes, for example to send you information about offers etc., this is only done when you have consented to it. Before you consent, you must be informed about what the information will be used for and by whom.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information will only be disclosed to others when:
-you have consented to the extradition, or
-when it is necessary for us to perform the agreement with you, or
-in cases prescribed by law.

12. DISPUTES

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law. If the matter is brought before the courts, it shall be decided in the jurisdiction of Værnes. We are not obligated to, and do not wish to participate in, conflict resolution with a consumer dispute mediation body.
